Members Meetings
In
addition to the Annual General Meeting (AGM), the
Association holds three members
meeting throughout the year. These meetings are generally
preceded by an informal dinner. The objective of the dinner
and meeting is to socialise with other members and to
discuss matters of interest to the Association. These
meetings gives the membership the opportunity to provide
guidance to the committee and receive updates from the
committee on matters affecting the Association.
Prospective members are
welcome at the members meetings.
Please contact
Rob Potter if you
intend to attend the dinner and/or meeting to ensure that
enough places are reserved.

Function: Annual General Meeting
In recent years, the RMBOA has conducted its AGM on the
riverbank. It is expected that this will occur again this
year. Items of Interest will be:
-
election of a new Committee;
-
update the RMBOA's Greywater Standard
Operating Procedures;
-
discussion about the 2011
RMBOA River Ramble;
-
recommendations for the 2012
membership fees; and
-
voting on the adoption of an
updated Constitution.
The meeting will be followed by a BBQ and a
social gathering of members. Potential members are welcome
to attend so that they can learn about the organisation and
meet some of the members.

Location: Mary Ann Reserve, Mannum
Function: Xmas Party
The member's Christmas Party
will commence on the Sunday at approximately noon in the
Lion's Shelter, Mary Anne Reserve on the Mannum foreshore.
Father Christmas will be making an appearance, so members
who wish to receive a present from Santa will be required to
contribute.
Males are to supply a gift to the value of
approximately $5~$10 for a male and females are to supply a gift
to the value of approximately $5~$10 for a female. This
provides Santa with the number and type of presents for
everyone involved.

In addition to the usual members meeting, there will be a
briefing for Rambler participants.
