Members Meeting at the Tower Hotel
Magill. This meeting will present the RMBOA Greywater
Standard Operating Procedures as discussed by the EPA in its
presentation. The meeting will discuss how to self-assess
your vessel for greywater risk as defined by the EPA, the
RMBOA Greywater Standard Operating Procedures mentioned by
the EPA during their presentation at the last meeting. The
presentation will look at the procedures and explain how and
why these procedures must be tailored for each vessel before
a member decides to use them.

Members
Meeting will be held on the June at the Tower Hotel. The meeting will commence at 8pm after the optional pre-meeting dinner. Non-members are invited to attend to learn about the Association. The EPA will be providing a presentation on greywater and private boating on the river. This presentation will be of interest to everyone who uses a houseboat/cruiser on the River Murray. This meeting is likely to be very well attended, so booking will be essential.

A Mini-Amble to Clayton Bay Boat Club is being planned. It is likely that members from other boating clubs such as the Trailer Sailer Association of South Australia and the Wooden Boat Club will participate. Accommodation in the adjacent caravan park means that even if you can't get your vessel there, you can still participate in what is sure to be a great event.

on the banks of the Murray River. Come along and help elect
the committee for the following year. This will be an
important year as it will be a Ramble year.

The "Oscar W" is 100 years old this year. On the 27th and 28th September she will be at Mannum. The Mannum Progress Association will be holding an event in the Mary Ann Reserve and RMBOA members are invited to be present and take part in a sail past.
All boats are welcome and on the Saturday night there will be a Dinner at the

and are now available again. In addition to the water

has been rescheduled for the 14th - 18th April 2009. The
Ramble will be departing from Blanchetown and heading
upstream. More information will be provided at the next

The member's Christmas Party
will commence on the Sunday at approximately noon in the
Lion's Shelter, Mary Anne Reserve on the Mannum foreshore.
Father Christmas will be making an appearance, so members
who wish to receive a present from Santa will be required to
contribute. Males are to supply a gift to the value of
approximately $5 for a male and females are to supply a gift
to the value of approximately $5 for a female so that Santa
gets the number and gender of the gifts correct.
