Date: 20th December  2011
 An upgrade to the operating system has resulted in the river level software failing. Due to the holiday period, the software will not be fixed until mid-January. Current information can be found at the River Murray Data website.

Correction: The program is functioning correctly, however the data from which the graphs are plotted is currently incorrect. It is unknown when the error will be corrected.

 A River Ramble is being planned for 2012 as a replacement for the 2011 River Ramble which was postponed because of the high river levels and amount of debris in the river caused by the flood.

 The RMBO XMAS Party and Mini-Amble will be held at the Mary Ann Reserve Mannum on the 3rd & 4th December. There will be a subsidised meal for members on the Sunday at the Mannum Community Club. A $15 deposit will be required to secure the catering. If you want Father Christmas to bring you a gift, you must help Santa by providing a gift for a person of the same gender.

 The RMBOA Annual General Meeting & Min i-Amble was held at the Caudo Vineyard on the 5th & 6th November. A new Committee has been elected.

 The river level graphs ceased updating between the 9th September and the 28th September. The software problem was rectified after the Webmaster was notified of the problem.

 The RMBOA Annual General Meeting & Min i-Amble will be held at the Caudo Vineyard on the 5th & 6th November. There will be a subsidised evening meal for members on the Saturday Night. Caudo  wines will be available.

 The River Level graphs will not update for the week as the computer system that generates these graphs is being modified. It is expected that they will commence updating again on the 20th April.

Due to the expectation the unfavourable river conditions will still be around after Easter, the 2011 RMBOA River Ramble has been postponed until after Easter in 2012.

The next members Meeting will be held at the Tower Hotel, Magill on the 24th February. This meeting will be the first decision point about whether the 2011 River Ramble is to proceed. The decision will be based on the estimated river conditions at the start of the Ramble on the 27th April.

The latest information indicates that there will be river levels comparable with the 1992 flood in January 2011. Please ensure that you have a plan in place to handle the expected river levels and that your mooring lines are in good order.

The RMBOA Annual General Meeting (AGM)was held at Bolto Reserve, Mannum. A new committee was elected and an update to the Constitution ratified with some minor alterations.
